3. Free AI Visibility Audit

The free AI Visibility Audit snapshot is provided without charge or obligation. It represents our findings at the point of testing and is intended as an informational overview. AI search results change over time and we do not guarantee that results will remain the same after the audit date.

4. No guarantees of results

AI search engines are operated by third parties (OpenAI, Google, Anthropic, Perplexity AI, and others). We do not control their algorithms or ranking decisions. While we apply best practices to improve your visibility, we cannot guarantee specific placement in AI-generated recommendations.

5. Intellectual property

Content, design, and code produced specifically for your business as part of a paid engagement belong to you upon full payment. Our methodologies, tools, and general approaches remain our intellectual property.

All content on the Findcraft website is owned by Findcraft and may not be reproduced without permission.

6. Payment terms

Payment terms for paid services will be agreed in writing before work begins. Unless otherwise specified, invoices are due within 14 days of issue. We reserve the right to pause work on overdue accounts.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Findcraft's liability for any claim arising from our services is limited to the amount you paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
